Our Pastor, Elder Freeman D. McClendon is a lifelong resident of Pasco County.  He is a 1980 graduate of Pasco Comprehensive High School.  It is here where he has met and made many friends in the community.  It is by no surprise to many that Pastor McClendon was called into the ministry.  His love for God has been exploited over the years, beginning when he was just a child.   He has served in many    capacities of the church for several years under the leadership of his older brother, Bishop Jesse B. McClendon (New Life Family Church in Christ, Inc.). Pastor McClendon  is a man of great faith and  exemplifies great love for others.  Bread of Life  Worship Center, Inc., an independent organization, was birthed through him by the holy    spirit in May of 2014.  God gave him the assignment to serve as Pastor of this great church and he is doing a wonderful job in serving.  Pastor McClendon’s desire is to reach out to others in need which began a “Family Night Bible Study”, an “Annual Turkey Giveaway” as well as a “Men’s Outreach Ministry” in the Dade City Community. Pastor McClendon strives to continually reach out to others who are in need physically and spiritually. He has inspired other ministries to seek the lost while continuing to feed the flock.  You could find Pastor    McClendon and his ministerial staff once a month giving food to the less fortunate and to unbelievers. Pastor McClendon is a 2nd year     student at Life Christian University, Dade City, Florida where he is striving for a degree in Pastoral Ministry.  Most of all he is a born again believer. He willingly shares with others about the goodness of the Lord.  Pastor McClendon is supported greatly by his wife, First   Lady Rosandrea L. McClendon (“Rose”) who serves in the ministry as Church Administrator along with their children who work very closely to him in the ministry.  Pastor McClendon has a well trained ministerial staff to surround him in doing the work of the Lord.  With his humble spirit, he exemplifies the heart of a true man of God who enjoys serving the Lord and leading others by example.
